Gallagher Stadium
Located a 15-minute walk from the High Street, you'll find the home of Maidstone United FC. A bit of non-league footy is a great way to spend an afternoon for any guys in need of their footballing fix for the weekend.
Leeds Castle
Widely regarded as one of the finest castles in the world (by many castle enthusiasts), this place is pretty impressive.

How to Get to Maidstone...
Train - Maidstone has three railway stations: Maidstone East, Maidstone West and Maidstone Barracks. All three are located fairly close to one another but are fed by different routes and companies, so make sure you check in advance which one to go to depending on where you're travelling from.
Car - Maidstone has 20 car parks and loads of places for you to park on-street, so driving or carpooling is a great option.
Plane - For any fancy stags flying in, you can get to Maidstone from any of London's major airports in no time.
