We're ABTA bonded, that's essentially a financial commitment backed by the Association of British Travel Agents (ABTA is now coupled with the Federation of Tour Operators), there is no higher UK professional commitment (if in doubt call ABTA and ask them), we take your trust in us very seriously. The bottom line is we follow stringent regulatory codes of conduct and we're insured against going under, you won’t lose your money – it’s guaranteed. Our ABTA bonding is a considerable expense but we still focus on delivering events at incredible value - as you'll be able to tell from our extremely competitive pricing. You'll see plenty of other claims about Trust accounts, obligations under the package travel regulations and so on but they are not guaranteed or regulated - if you really want to be safe then only ever trust a company that's made a commitment to your financial protection ... and for stag weekends that's StagWeb.

That's right, and it's quite a first for a tour operator but we value you so much that if you find for any reason that you have to cancel your event under normal conditions, we'll honour that deposit against any future event! Terms apply but it's a hell of a deal.

This is particularly important if you're travelling abroad, it's simple if you live in the UK you don't want to be drowning in international administration. With StagWeb we're acting for you and that means less hassle and a lot more return, plus if anything should go wrong we're in a position to help. There's a lot less risk. You’ll understand UK laws can't legislate for international practice, for example if you book an event with a supplier based in another country and they mess up your event or even worse do a runner with your hard earned cash what can you do about it ... the answer is not too much, (unless you’re prepared to put a lot of money and time in pursuing them - even then it might come to nothing). That’s not really what you want after you’ve gone through the job of organising a stag party in the first place.

On our website you will find all details of company registration number, address, VAT registration number, tour operator’s license / insurance details (all info also available on request), etc. Since incorporation in 2002 we’ve maintained exemplary commercial practice and are committed to upholding the highest standards. The point is on many websites, company brochures, letterheads etc you will find no information, that's illegal. It's also illegal, under distance selling regulations, to use a PO Box as a company address in the UK, some companies don’t even have a contact address! If in doubt contact trading standards for guidelines - but for starters if you can't even see a company registration number or anything is questionable stay well clear. Bottom line StagWeb ticks all the right boxes, we work hard at being the best putting you in the best position.

Ok seems a tiny consideration but there's more to it than meets the eye, we want our clients to enjoy a process that’s as valuable as possible, in our opinion any 0870 numbers are a rip off and have no place in the service industry - especially in important personal events where there's likely to be a fair bit of necessary correspondence. If you're looking at a company that's using revenue generating 0870 numbers for client calls you've got to be thinking that company's not exactly operating in the best interest of the client. Our advice - avoid any 21st century company that thinks it's ok to run an 0870 number. With StagWeb our calls are at local rate using an 0845 number, ok they're not free but at the service we're giving, the volume of enquiries we get and the low margins in stag weekends we're making much as we’d like to we can't stretch to free calls aswell.
