Behaviour Bond
A behavioural bond of £500 (refundable) will be due 14 days prior to your event, payable by Bank Transfer.

Please be aware that street art is an integral part of the local community and this property is located in a heavily graffitied area.
The property is not suited to big parties or loud music. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 22:00 - 07:00.
Please note that a refundable behavioural bond of £500 will be required via bank transfer 14 days prior to your arrival.
