Behaviour Bond
A behavioural bond of £500 (refundable) will be due 28 days prior to your event, payable by Bank Transfer.

Lower Beech Tree Manor is part of a larger property, you'll be on the ground and first floors, so there may be another group above you, the garden is divided so you'll have your own private outdoor space. Please speak to our team if this is still a concern and they will be happy to recommend a more suitable property for your group.
