For 2023, almost two-thirds (62%) of the stag groups heading to Bath with StagWeb went in June and July.

Well, traditionally, wedding season kicks off in late July and early August, so this will give you and the guys a solid buffer between the stag and the wedding.

Royal Crescent

The Royal Crescent is probably Bath's most iconic landmark. If you're in the centre of town, it'll only take you just over 10 minutes to walk up.

The Circus

From the Royal Crescent, head down Brock Street and you'll be in the centre of The Circus. It's another pretty impressive set of buildings that's worth a snap in front of.

Roman Baths

Round the corner from the Thermae Bath Spa, you'll find the Roman Baths. If you've got time and you're into that sort of thing, it's worth taking a tour.

Tips On Getting Around Bath

Walking - Bath is a compact city and easy to navigate on foot. Please bear in mind that it's built on the side of a hill, so you should expect a few ups and downs.

Taxis & Ubers - If your accommodation is slightly out of town (or you just can't be bothered with the hill), Bath has a range of local taxi companies and Uber available (VEEZU Taxis are a local company: 01225 464646).

Bus - Bath Bus Station (BA1 1TP) is situated right at the bottom of town next to Bath Spa Train Station. They run throughout the city, and you can even get a cheap transfer across to Bristol if you fancied a night out there.
